This beer is a collaboration with our friends from The 400 Brewing Company. It is a riff on the idea of a White Stout. The base beer is a Double West Coast IPA that is pale in appearance and gets its roast character from the addition of Coffee and Cocoa Nibs. As far as we are aware, it’s the first of its kind.
